Sender Name and Sender Address are by default set to a generic one provided by Learnster Eleanor at Learnster <[email protected]>.

This could be changed to whatever you like, however, it needs to be requested through Support in order for this to be updated. Please state what you would like the Sender Name to be changed to (e.g Your Company Academy) and the Sender Address should be <[email protected]>

Keep in mind a simple change would still require a @learnster.com domain.

How to change the sender address domain to your own domain

Just as requesting a renaming of Sender Name and Sender Address, please specify if you would also like to change the domain the Sender Address should use.

In order for us to be able to set up System Messages sent as your company domain, you would need to receive DNS keys. With these DNS keys your IT department will be able to allow us to spoof the sender address in your domain.

Once the DNS keys has been implemented it could require up to 24 hours until everything is in order. After that you can now send System Messages from your own domain (e.g. Your Company Academy <[email protected]>)
