If you have added resources to a course or shared them with users in Studio but learners cannot see them in Learnster U, work through this checklist 👇
Checklist: Resources not visible in Learnster U
1. Check that the resource has been shared correctly
Resources must be actively shared with users — simply uploading a file to the Library does not make it visible to learners.
Single resource or collection: go to Library → Resources, find the item, and confirm it has been shared with the correct users or tags. The sharing panel shows who has access.
Course resource: open the course in Studio → go to the Resources tab → confirm the file or collection is listed there.
2. Check that the resource collection is published
If you are using a Resource Collection, it must be set to Published. An unpublished collection is not visible to learners even if it has been shared. Open the collection in Library → Resources → All Collections and check its publish status.
3. Check how the resource was shared — tag vs. direct assignment
If you shared a resource via a tag, confirm the learner actually has that tag assigned to their user account. Go to Studio → Users, open the learner's profile, and check the Tags section.
4. Verify the learner is enrolled in the course (for Course Resources)
The Resources tab on a course page in Learnster U is only visible if the learner is enrolled in the course and the course has resources added to it. If the tab is missing entirely, first confirm the learner is enrolled.
ℹ️ The Resources tab on a course will only appear if at least one resource has been added to the course in Studio. If no resources are added, the tab does not show at all — even for enrolled learners.
5. Ask the learner to refresh their browser
Changes to resource sharing can take a moment to propagate. Ask the learner to do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) or log out and back in to Learnster U.
