Course Bundles

Group your Child courses together under one Parent course card in the Catalog — making it easier for learners to browse related courses in one place.

Got a Parent course with several Child courses? Bundle them together so they appear as one neat card in the Catalog — perfect for keeping language variants, locations, or session-based courses grouped under a single offering. 📚

How to enable Course Bundles

1. Go to Studio → Courses and open the Parent course you want to bundle.

2. Click the Settings tab.

3. Turn on the Bundle courses in the catalog toggle.

That's it — your changes save automatically.

ℹ️ Course Bundles only work on Parent courses that have Child courses. If you're not familiar with this structure yet, take a peek at the Parent and Child Courses article first.

What learners see in the Catalog

With bundling on, all Child courses appear together under the Parent course as a single stacked card showing the total number of courses inside (e.g. 3 courses). When a learner clicks the card, they land on the Parent's page and can pick the Child course that fits them — by language, location, or session — and register from there.

With bundling off, every Child course shows up as its own separate card in the Catalog, scattered among all your other courses.

When to use it

Course Bundles are most useful when your Child courses are variants of the same course — for example:

• The same onboarding course in different languages

• The same training run in different locations

• Multiple sessions of the same course with different start dates

Grouping them keeps your Catalog tidy and helps learners self-select the right version.
