After you've added Users (Learners) you can assign them to your course. When you're assigning a course to one, or just a few Learners, the quickest and easiest way is by doing it directly from the course or from the User card. Go ahead and assign your course by following the instructions below. Why not try both to get familiar with the system!
ℹ️ If you have many Users we recommend using Bulk upload.
Assign from a course
To assign from your course:
In the course overview in Studio, open the course.
Click the tab Learners.
Click + Add Learner.
Choose one or more Learners from the list and click Add Learner. They will receive a message that a course was assigned to them (the message Learner enrolled on/added to a course).
Assign a course from a User card
To assign one or more courses from a User card:
In Studio, click Users.
Click on a User in the list.
Click on the tab Courses.
In Ongoing Courses, click on the blue + icon and choose one or more courses in the list.
Save changes. The User will receive a notification that a course was assigned to them (the message Learner enrolled on/added to a course).
