MS Teams Integration with Learnster

You can now integrate Microsoft Teams with Learnster enabling seamless communication for courses, teams, and organization-wide discussions. This integration makes learning a natural part of daily workflows, keeping everything accessible within the communication tool your organization already uses.

With MS Teams integration, you can:

  • Create MS Teams channels in Learnster for courses, Learnster Teams, and company-wide discussions, as well as one-to-one chats.

  • Give learners instant channel access to course and team chats directly from Learnster U.

  • Foster a dynamic learning culture by embedding collaboration and knowledge sharing into your team’s daily communication.

Course Library

Empower Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to contribute course content in a dedicated workspace—without affecting the main course structure. To grant access to the Course Library, you create a custom role and define exactly which permissions the user should have.

With Course Library, you can:

  • Let Subject Matter Experts develop content independently, without altering the core course structure.

  • Give content designers full control over which SME-created content gets published.

  • Allow any course content creators (with a custom role) to use it as a workspace to develop and refine materials before integrating them into the main course outline.

Embed External Content

With iFrame embedding, you can seamlessly integrate external content into your courses, enhancing collaboration, knowledge sharing, and interactivity. This feature lets you embed tools like Mentimeter, Miro boards, and other web-based resources directly within Learnster. To embed, simply copy and paste the embed code from the external tool.

The Benefits of Embedded External Content:

  • For Learners – Access external tools without leaving the course, creating a more engaging and interactive experience.

  • For Instructors – Enrich course content with dynamic resources, fostering collaboration and deeper discussions.

Other improvements:

Enroll entire team to a set of courses

More flexibility when assigning courses in Learnster Teams (in Learnster U) – managers now have the option to assign courses to all team members at once, and not only to individual team members, as before. This enhancement simplifies course administration.

In a Team > Courses tab > Assign Courses, select the courses, and choose Assign to all team members (or Select members to assign courses to individuals)👇

Exclude attributes in auto-enrollment

More flexibility in course auto-enrollment – you can now select which attributes to exclude from auto-enrollment, giving administrators greater control over which learners are automatically enrolled based on predefined criteria.

When setting up auto-enrollment in a course (Course > Learners > Add Learners), you can exclude an attribute by ticking the Exclude box. Once selected, it will display as Excluded👇

New support tool in Learnster

You can now access support, search for help, and connect with an AI agent directly within Learnster Studio, making it easier than ever to find answers, troubleshoot issues, and get assistance without leaving the platform.

The support tool button is available in Learnster Studio, at the bottom right👇
