Whether you're a subject-matter expert, trainer, or learning designer, you can now turn your existing materials into structured, pedagogically sound courses in just a few steps. This feature automates the complex work of course development, putting course creation capabilities into everyone's hands.
With the Content Creation Wizard, you can:
Upload existing material, as source content for your course.
Choose from pre-defined course types through our guided flow. This streamlined approach keeps you in control while AI handles the complexity behind the scenes.

Seamlessly transfer your AI-created courses into the LMS for final manual refinements in the authoring tool.

Getting Started with the Content Creation Wizard
Accessing the Wizard
Log in to LMS
Navigate to the Studio and enter the “Create” button in the navigation bar
Select the Content Creation Wizard option.

Creating a Course with the Wizard
Once you've entered the Wizard, the guided flow will walk you through the course creation process.
Step 1: Setup the course characteristics
The Wizard offers pre-defined course formats to match your learning needs. Each course format (e.g. Onboarding, Information sharing, Product education etc) is pre-prompted so that it creates structural elements optimized for specific learning outcomes. Choosing the course format that best fits your needs helps the AI design the appropriate structure, tone, and learning experience throughout the course creation process.

Click on Next button to proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Upload Your Source Materials
The Wizard requires content to work with. You can upload existing materials as the foundation for your new course.
Click the Brows files button.
Select files from your computer.
Currently the tool accepts multiple PDF files as source material only. Select all files simultaneously to process them together (more supported file formats will be included in the future releases).
Click on Next button to proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Generating Course details
Once you've uploaded materials and selected a course type, the AI analyzes your content and can generate following metadata for you:
Title
Description
Syllabus
Click on the Generate button to generate metadata. You can regenerate the metadata as many times as you like by clicking on the Generate button.

Step 4: Generating Course Outline and Content
In this step the Wizard is generating the Course in two steps:
Outline is generated showcasing course structure and created elements
Content for each page is created as well as some interactive elements (Single choice questions, multiple choice questions, false/true questions, callouts) and pictures in the cases where they are needed.
Remaining interactive elements such as quizzes will be available in future development of the functionality.

Step 5: Transfer to the LMS
After finalizing the Content generation, transfer your course into the full LMS authoring environment:
Click the Finalise & import into Learnster button.
The system will convert all elements into a draft course in the authoring tool.
Fine-Tuning Your Course
After transferring your AI-generated course to the LMS, you can make manual refinements in the authoring tool:
Navigate to the Studio.
Find your newly created course in the Drafts section.
Make any desired adjustments inside of our authoring tool.
Best Practices for Using the Content Creation Wizard
Provide text heavy PDF material for AI to work with.
Review AI suggestions carefully: While the AI is powerful, human oversight ensures content quality.
Use manual refinements strategically: The Content Creation Wizard can do the heavy lifting of the course creation process and provide a solid foundation of a course, but personalized touches in the LMS authoring tool can enhance learning experience.
