A huge improvement of our AI content creation tool! When creating your courses with AI, you can now fully customize course structure, guide AI with micro-prompts, and fine-tune content length—all within a smoother, more flexible content creation experience.
Seamlessly import LinkedIn Learning courses into Learnster to enrich your internal catalog, unlock external expertise, and offer learners even more ways to grow.
This release brings efficiency upgrades across the Orchestrator experience. Insights dashboard for Impact measurement, a new capability in Orchestrator is now live, learner enrollment into initiatives is faster and more scalable, and the AI assistant offers sharper guidance—helping you streamline planning and focus on what drives real learning impact.
We’ve enhanced the registration and admin experience to better support your physical courses. With customizable registration forms, improved reporting, and clearer notifications, it’s now easier to manage in-person training at scale.

What’s new:
Customizable course outlines – Add or remove elements before content generation to match your ideal learning structure.
Microprompting – Use targeted prompts to guide AI output for each content block, making it easier to align with tone, depth, and subject matter.
Content length adjustment – After generation, instantly edit the length of each section using AI-powered suggestions—no rewrites needed.

LinkedIn Learning Connector – Instantly expand your content offering
We’re excited to introduce our new connector with LinkedIn Learning—giving you seamless access to a vast library of expert-led courses without leaving Learnster. This is a powerful way to enrich your internal learning journeys and upskill employees faster.
Key capabilities:
Admins are able to search and preview courses from LinkedIn Learning library directly in Learnster
Import courses as Learnster course and start enrolling your Learners from Learnster’s familiar interface.

This release brings a brand new functionality and several improvements, enhancing how you plan, automate, and collaborate as well as measure impact—making it easier to engage the right people and demonstrate impact, faster.

Insights tab for Impact measurement and follow up–
We’re introducing Impact Measurement - a new module in Orchestrator designed to help organizations demonstrate the true value of knowledge and its impact on business-critical KPIs. Our goal is to make learning measurable across every stage of the journey, from learner reactions to behavioral change and business results. Capture learner sentiment and confidence to track how training supports engagement, behavior, and results- all through new dashboards designed to show real learning impact.
In this release, we’re launching the first stage of Impact Measurement- Learner reactions where we deduce Impact scores by introducing two leading indicators of learning effectiveness:
Learner Sentiment Score - captures learners’ reactions of the learning material throughout the course. Use it to identify engagement trends and spot which materials resonate or need improvement.
Learner Confidence Score - measures how confident learners feel in applying their newly gained knowledge, based on learners' reaction in the end of the course. It reflects early signs of knowledge application readiness and impact potential.
The impact scores are visualized in actionable graphs, with smart filters, to follow the scores for your scope (objective, initiative, course) over time, while the stacked graphs also let you see how individual courses contribute to overall learning impact - giving L&D teams a powerful, data-driven foundation to connect learning with real business outcomes.
