In Learnster version 31, we continue to supercharge our tool Orchestrator for smarter alignment between business objectives and knowledge initiatives, as well as bringing stronger security, and more control over your entire Learnster experience. From AI-powered knowledge planning tool to enhanced account protection, here’s a quick look at what’s new:

  • Orchestrator: Turn strategy into action efficiently, with AI-guided planning that helps you specify clear business objectives and knowledge initiatives in minutes, while new roles and permissions enable true cross-functional collaboration.

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Stronger login security that protects your accounts with an extra layer of login security.

  • Plan & Usage Overview: See your current Learnster plan, seat count, and included features in one clear view.

  • AI Image Generation in Content Creation Wizard: With AI image generation now reaching an acceptable level of quality- we’re upgrading the Wizard to automatically generate images from relevant keywords, with WCAG-compliant alt text.

Orchestrator enhancements

We are continuing with our mission of making learning business critical, by supercharging Orchestrator- our tool for aligning strategic business objectives with concrete knowledge initiatives. This release makes Orchestrator smarter and more efficient at turning strategy into action and enabling organizational collaboration by engaging the right people in the process. Key additions:

  • AI assistance for Objectives and Initiatives planning- AI guided chat dialogue that helps you specify clear, actionable objectives and initiatives in minutes. The AI asks relevant questions about the business objective and knowledge initiative you want to create and returns a fully specified description, that you can edit and refine. This guided tool has the potential to facilitate discussions between business leaders and knowledge leaders and help them align on relevant actions.

  • Roles and permissions- Invite business leaders as Objective Owners and team managers as Initiative Owners, ensuring true collaboration and alignment across the organization.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

With this release, we are making multi-factor authentication available, giving organizations stronger protection when it comes to account security. MFA adds an extra verification step at login, helping safeguard against unauthorized access and ensuring only the right people get in. MFA makes Learnster more secure, while giving you the flexibility to enable it at your own pace.

Plan & Usage Overview in Studio

We’re making it easier to understand your Learnster price plan and available features. With the new Plan & Usage Overview in Studio, admins will have greater transparency around the current account plan, seats, and plan benefits – all in one place. Key additions:

  • Current plan visibility – See which pricing plan you are on.

  • Seat tracking – View the number of seats in your account.

  • Feature list access – Quickly explore which features are included in your plan and which are available in other plans or add-ons.

Content Creation Wizard enhanced with AI image generation

At Learnster, we stay on top of technological development, and with AI image generation now reaching a new level of quality, we’re upgrading the Content Creation Wizard.

When creating courses from existing material, the Wizard can now also generate pictures based on relevant keywords- saving you time and making courses more engaging and interactive for learners.

AI image generation has built-in WCAG accessibility, where every image comes with an automatically generated alt text to ensure inclusive learning.
