The Enrollment history tab gives you a complete audit trail of every enrollment event on a course — handy for compliance, troubleshooting, or simply understanding how learner participation has changed over time. 📋
Find Enrollment History
Enrollment history is available on any course you have access to manage:
Go to Studio → Courses and open a course.
Click the Learners tab in the top navigation.
Select the Enrollment history sub-tab.
Reading the Enrollment History
Each row represents a single enrollment event for a learner. The table shows:
User — the learner's name and email.
Status — the current state of this enrollment: Confirmed (active enrollment) or Cancelled (removed from the course).
Created — when the enrollment record was first created.
Enrolled — the date the learner was enrolled. A ↺ icon indicates a repeat enrollment (the learner has been enrolled more than once).
Cancelled — the date the enrollment was cancelled. Shows N/A if the learner is still enrolled.
Use the Search history field to quickly find a specific learner's enrollment events.
