Accidentally deleted a course? No stress — you can find and restore recently deleted courses directly from Studio, without having to reach out to support. 🎉
ℹ️ Admins and any role with Manage course content edit permissions can restore deleted courses.
Find deleted courses
Deleted courses aren't gone for good — they're tucked away behind a filter in Studio → Courses.
Go to Studio → Courses.
Open the course filter and select Recently deleted.
Browse the list of previously deleted courses.
Restore a course
Once you've found the course you want back:
Click the … menu on the course card.
Select Restore.
The course is instantly restored and appears back in your All courses list.
Restored courses keep their original content, settings, and associated learner data.
💡 If you can't see the Recently deleted filter or the Restore option, check that your role has Manage course content edit permissions in Studio → Settings → Role Permissions.
