Admins can remove individual course completion records from a learner's user card in Studio. This is handy for correcting accidental completions or cleaning up inaccurate history. 🗑️

In Studio, go to Users and open the learner's user card.

Scroll down to the Completed section.

Hover over the course you want to remove.

Click the ... (Options) button that appears on the right side of the row.

1. In Studio, go to Users and open the learner's user card.
2. Click the Courses tab.
3. Scroll down to the Completed section.
4. Hover over the course you want to remove.
5. Click the ... (Options) button that appears on the right side of the row.
6. Click Remove.
7. Click Save Changes to confirm.

ℹ️ Removing a completion record is permanent — the learner will no longer show this course as completed, and any associated certificate will be removed from their profile. This action cannot be undone.
