Admins can remove individual course completion records from a learner's user card in Studio. This is handy for correcting accidental completions or cleaning up inaccurate history. đď¸
Remove a course completion record
In Studio, go to Users and open the learner's user card.
Click the Courses tab.
Scroll down to the Completed section.
Hover over the course you want to remove.
Click the ... (Options) button that appears on the right side of the row.
Click Remove.
In the Course Unenrollment dialog ("This action cannot be undone. Are you sure you want to continue?"), click Delete to confirm.
âšď¸ Removing a completion record is permanent â the learner will no longer show this course as completed, and any associated certificate will be removed from their profile. This action cannot be undone. Remove is available for Learnster courses while the user is active. For external courses, the same menu also has Edit and, when a certificate file is attached, Download certificate. To see removed records, use the Show deleted filter on the Completed list.
